The PowerDebug X51 base module can be configured to support any of the more than 15 000 devices from the more than 150 supported chip architectures by simply swapping the debug probe or adding a suitable license.

Ideal Solution for Remote Operation
With PowerDebug X51 you can easily share your targets with colleagues, in a secure lab, or even in another country. In order to make this possible, it implements 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet for remote access. In addition, its USB-C port can operate concurrently in host mode to get remotely control your target's serial terminals.
Your On-the-Go Debugging Companion
For a convenient use in the field, you can also power your debugger via USB-C - such as from a laptop in a car - without a separate power supply for most applications.
Accelerate Testing & Flashing in Production Environments
You can use the action button of the PowerDebug X51 to start trigger scripts for programming and testing without PC interaction. Two RGB LEDs indicate whether everything has worked without the need to check the PC screen.

You can connect the PowerDebug X51 to your target via a dedicated debug probe. The probe forms the target-specific part of a TRACE32 debug system and includes the license. By simply exchanging the debug probe, you can switch between different targets without the need to exchange the PowerDebug X51 unit itself.
If cores share an electrically compatible debug interface e.g., several heterogeneous cores in a complex SoC, you can license one debug probe for several core types so that all cores can be debugged simultaneously with a single PowerDebug X51 .
