ARC® Trace License (debug probe)

ARC trace license applicable to a debug probe to
enable the decoding of Nexus based data and program flow traces
("ARC RTT") emitted by an ARC core.
Requires a Debug Probe (cable).
Requires a PowerDebug base module.
If you are adding this license to an existing
Debug Probe (Debug Cable or CombiProbe),
add its serial number to your quotation request.
This license is no required for "Small Onchip Trace" (SmaRT).
For ARC-V you need a RISC-V trace license instead (LA-2767X).
